Después de pagar por transceptores ópticos de los fabricantes originales durante años, nuestro cliente buscaba reducir su gasto y obtener productos de una fuente alternativa. Sin embargo, estaban preocupados por la calidad y confiabilidad de los productos que buscaban comprar.

El cliente decidió que necesitaba trabajar en estrecha colaboración con dos proveedores alternativos, que podrían proporcionar un suministro rentable de muchos tipos diferentes de transceptores. Estos productos deberían ser compatibles con una amplia gama de fabricantes, incluidos Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Raisecom y RAD.

Los requisitos del cliente incluían el suministro de los productos a varios países de todo el mundo. El trabajo de Carritech consistía en garantizar que los productos se verificaran y embalaran correctamente y que la documentación correspondiente requerida cumpliera con cada uno de los requisitos correspondientes del país.

Solución de Carritech

Después de la etapa inicial de cotización, nuestros transceptores ópticos fueron probados por el cliente, para garantizar que fueran totalmente compatibles, confiables y efectivos dentro de su red. Tenían que soportar condiciones particularmente cálidas y húmedas, por lo que esta prueba fue extremadamente importante.

Nuestros productos pasaron todas las pruebas y fuimos elegidos como uno de los dos proveedores requeridos por nuestro cliente.

Debido a que nuestra gama de transceptores ópticos es técnicamente idéntica a los productos equivalentes del proveedor, proporcionan el mismo nivel de servicio a una fracción del coste original. También son interoperables a través de varios sistemas de diferentes proveedores y, por lo tanto, proporcionan un nivel de flexibilidad que no se puede lograr con los productos OEM.

No solo eso, sino que también ofrecemos ciertos modelos que pueden alcanzar distancias más largas que los equivalentes del proveedor, manteniendo la misma calidad de servicio.

Resultado final

  • Disminución de los niveles de stock al tiempo que garantiza una enorme reducción de los costos del producto, ahorra dinero en costos de soporte y limita también los costos de funcionamiento.
  • El cliente pudo alcanzar distancias más largas, lo que también reduce la necesidad de POPs (puntos de presencia), repetidores y amplificadores innecesarios para llegar a las instalaciones de sus clientes.
  • Simplificación y mejora de sus procesos de compras.

Account Manager

Christian brings over a decade of IT industry experience and 5 years in the telecom industry to his role as an Account Manager at Carritech, with a focus on optical transceiver solutions and GPON technology.

As a trilingual person speaking French, Spanish and English, he manages operations in French-speaking countries and communicates with international traders from around the world. Christian will step outside his comfort zone to find the most effective solutions to your challenges.

In his free time, Christian enjoys playing rugby and trekking in the mountains of Madrid.

Luis Alvarez

Account Manager

Luis Alvarez brings more than 5 years of experience in the telecom industry. With a focus on optical transceiver solutions, he adeptly meets the diverse needs of Carritech’s international clientele, particularly in Spain and Latin America.

Known for his consultative approach, Luis ensures clients receive customised, effective network solutions.

When not enhancing telecom infrastructures, Luis enjoys working out, exploring scenic routes with his dog and participating in local events.

Shane Driver

Senior Account Manager

Shane Driver brings over 12 years of telecom industry experience to his role as Senior Account Manager at Carritech.

With a focus on Network Hardware Support Services, Shane meets the diverse needs of Carritech’s international clients, particularly in the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. Known for his customer-centric approach, Shane ensures his clients receive support solutions that align with their unique requirements.

Outside of telecommunications, Shane enjoys swimming, playing golf, and spending time with his young family.

Yura Saskevych

Director of Global Accounts

Yura Saskevych has over a decade of vast experience in sales of telecommunication hardware and network services support. He is the Director of Global Accounts at Carritech and holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Having been focused extensively on transport (Optical and MW), Access and Core Networks, Yura has successfully helped customers worldwide extend the life of existing telecommunication networks, reduce expenses and meet their environmental goals.

With a strong background in the telecom industry, Yura will engage with clients with a customised approach, provide required solutions and ensure that their telecom systems are running smoothly.

Adept at working simultaneously on multiple accounts with the highest accuracy and professional salesmanship Yura collaborates closely with engineers, technicians, the procurement department and project managers to plan, adapt, and optimize customer network solutions.

Sales Director
