Sales Specialist – Managed Services

Remote Working

Carritech is looking for an experienced Technical Salesperson to join our busy team.

Being a Company specialising in Optical/Radio Transport Networks and with a proven track record in hardware sales and repairs, Carritech have expanded their offer and is already providing Remote Technical Support Services to Customers Worldwide through an internal helpdesk tool.

With the goal of achieving the same level for Service Support as we have in hardware sales and repairs, we are actively seeking new challenges to provide our remote support services into our existing or new customer database. 

As a Company specialised in Optical/Radio Transport Networks, knowledge of carrier class telecommunications or a technical background in CPE’s telecoms and IT networks, will be an advantage.

For this role you also must have a demonstrably good track record in end user customer sales, ideally gained within a managed voice and data services environment, and must have experience of selling directly to telecommunication operators, utilities or public sector.

You must be a confident communicator and negotiator, able to engage effectively at C-level.

If English is not your native language, then it is essential that you are able to communicate both written and verbally in English to a C1 level. Other spoken languages such as Spanish will be an advantage.

Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and focused with ability to close business within the telecommunications equipment industry.

Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be highly motivated and focused with ability to close business within the used telecommunications equipment industry.

As a global provider of equipment and services, it is essential that the successful candidate can communicate both written and verbally in English and Spanish, to a very high standard. The ability to speak a third language is a great advantage but not essential.

Based in Madrid, you will be responsible for proactively generating new business in the carrier division to both end users and traders through email marketing and telesales.
In addition, you will be reacting to enquiries generated from our website and marketing campaigns as well as visiting customers on-site.

Concentrating on certain markets, you will interface at technical manager/purchasing level, covering carrier class and switching products from manufacturers such as Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei or Cisco.
