Warranty

All of our equipment is backed up with a comprehensive warranty from Carritech.  In the event that a part develops a fault within the warranty period, we will ship a replacement part as soon as possible and, if your equipment is no longer available – we will be happy to credit your account or provide a refund.

All parts supplied by Carritech are of known origin and we are proud to offer the most reliable functioning products available.

All the equipment we supply is screened and re-packed in new, unbranded ESD packaging to guarantee its safety during transportation. Our return rate is less than 1%.

For any previously used or refurbished equipment, reasonable wear and tear will not be considered a defect; providing the part still functions.

The warranty does not cover malfunction caused by misuse or incorrect maintenance.
